Feel better in the comfort of your place called home. We specialize in care and daily living assistance to an array of adult individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our care givers will provide an individualized service that you can trust.
We understand that one-size-does-NOT-fit-all when it comes to caring for you and/or your loved one. Resident services can range from daily to weekly activities and beyond. Some of these services can include anything from assistance with meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision to just a nice sit-down chat over your favorite topic. Our promise to you is to ensure we will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that centers on your specific needs.

Our promise is to minimize and/or eliminate the unnecessary and sometimes harsh residential transitioning the elderly and/or adults needing limited care may face in acquiring a home in which they can age-in-place, if needed.
Our professional staff are trained in Federal, State, and local mandated requirements and always up to date with First Aid, CPR, and background screenings, just to name a few. Our group home(s) are developed to be that home-away-from-home environment so our residents will embrace their new environment as they age-in-place. We are pleased to say our group home(s) are truly homes. Nutritious meals are served in each home. Menus are approved by a licensed dietitian. Relevant activities are placed in the individual
Our group home(s) are developed to be that home-away-from-home environment so our residents will embrace their new environment as they age-in-place. We are pleased to say our group home(s) are truly homes. Nutritious meals are served in each home. Menus are approved by a licensed dietitian. Relevant activities are placed in the individual care plan which meets the activity level of each resident. Residents each have their own personal space and most have roommates of the same sex. A community culture is developed whereby residents adopt their roommates and housemates as extended families.
Residents will have personalized service and support in the areas of personal hygiene, cooking, housekeeping, life and social skills development, financial management, employability skill development, and independent living. Our community resources and events will include activities planned by the residents within the community and participation in activities outside the home within the local community.
Our caregivers can assist our residents needing limited assistance with tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming. During the intake process, this assistance will be included in the individual care plan for the resident.
House of Hope operates a multitude of specialized housing options to maximize individualized supports and preferences of individuals served in our homes
We provide the training and support to individuals with disabilities in the skills necessary to participate and contribute to their community. House of Hope USA, Inc., goal is to ensure our citizen residents have opportunities to participate and remain active within their community.
Our professionally trained staff specialize in the residential habilitation of folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
House of Hope USA, Inc., accepts referrals from professional and non-professional sources. While professionals are an important referral source, we welcome family and self-referrals, as well.
